Are you an amputee?

If you are low income and are in need of a prosthetic leg, please fill out our prosthetic leg request form below.  While we currently only work in a few areas around the world, we will try to assist in any way we can.

Before we can assist you, these are the steps you will need to complete:

1. Identify a local prosthetics clinic that you could work with to have measurements taken. This clinic will need to agree to donate their time to work with 2ft Prosthetics to fit you with a prosthetic leg. You can also choose from one of our trusted partner clinics if they are close. 
2. Complete our patient application here
3. Once we receive all of this information, we will be able to begin working to obtain the correctly-sized donated prosthetic components, and send them to your clinic.
